3. PRICE
The price of the products is displayed on the website and at the time of order validation. These prices will then be sent to your email along with the order confirmation. All prices are shown in euros (EUR). If we detect an error in the price of the products you ordered or in the shipping costs, you will be informed as soon as possible and, at that time, you can choose whether to accept the order with the updated price or cancel it. If you cancel, we will fully refund the amount charged, which will be done via bank transfer to the Portuguese IBAN (PT) identified by the user.

You can make a purchase if you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to cancel your order for this reason.

7. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS
Orders are delivered only on weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
8. Deliveries
We will make every effort to deliver the ordered products within the timeframes indicated in the order confirmation.
Delivery times are not guaranteed by SM.
In cases of incorrect address, the user is responsible and additional costs may be charged.
The expeditions will originate from one of SM's logistics centers.
If your order is not delivered within the specified timeframe, please contact us via the form on the website, or by email at obairro@cavalinho.com.
The shipment will be handled by a carrier subcontracted by SM.
Restrictions on special dates will be communicated in due course.
9. Deliveries with anomalies
You should check that your order is correct at the time of delivery.
Upon receiving the order, if you notice any damage to the packaging, please check the contents with the delivery company and, if there is any damage, refuse to accept the order. SM is not responsible for damage caused during transport.
For defective products or products returned due to an error attributable to SM, we will cover the shipping costs; however, you should always contact us first by phone: 928100823 or by email: obairro@cavalinho.com. Product replacement/exchange is subject to stock availability.
10. RETURNS
To return a product, please contact our support line at obairro@cavalinho.com for instructions. Only products purchased online can be returned. For any other return, please contact the store where you made the purchase.
11. RESPONSIBILITY
The terms and conditions of this sales contract do not affect your statutory rights. Total liability in relation to the sales contract cannot exceed the price of the products in question. SM has a legal obligation to supply the ordered products in accordance with the sales contract.
12. WARRANTY
Legal Guarantee: Consumers are entitled to a legal guarantee. This covers product non-conformity at the time of delivery. SM undertakes to repair or replace the products in question (or parts thereof) free of charge if a manufacturing and/or material defect is deemed to be covered under the guarantee. We reserve the right to exchange the item if the repair costs are disproportionate or if repair is impossible.

All brand names, product names, and titles used on the website are registered trademarks or trade names of CAVALINHO. You are not authorized to use or reproduce such trademarks or trade names, as they may constitute a violation of the owners' rights. The entire website design, texts, documents, films, and other services, and the selection and arrangement thereof, and all other materials on this website are protected by copyright of Silver Horse SA or its suppliers.
